Cancellation Policy
📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 30% cancellation fee of your total service.
If you need to reschedule, a new deposit may be required.
⏰ Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service modified based on the remaining appointment time.
Repeated late arrivals will affect future booking privileges.
🚫 No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
No-show clients will be subject to the 30% cancellation fee and will be required to pay 100% of their service at the time of booking.
💳 Deposit Policy
A $20 non-refundable, deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
💰 Payment Policy
The remaining balance is due at the start of your appointment.

🎨 Nail Art & Soak-Off Add-On Policy
Please request all nail art, soak-offs, repairs, and other add-on services when booking.
These services require additional time and cannot be guaranteed if they are not requested in advance.
💅 Foreign Work Policy
I do not guarantee work completed by another nail technician.
If you're arriving with existing enhancements from another salon, a soak-off will be required before a new set or service can be performed.
👭 Guest Policy
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no extra guests or children are permitted during your appointment unless prior approval has been given.
💖 Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is important to me.
If you experience an issue related to craftsmanship, please contact Opulence Nail Studio within 48 hours of your appointment. Reasonable adjustments for service-related issues will be made at no additional charge. Refunds are not offered.
